I guess now is a good time to say that if you requested something from the forge, it's all done now, you can come pick it up. We uh... we might not have time for me to take requests right now, but I do have some extra weapons and shields that I made if anyone needs one. Just let me know.

Something small and light that you can handle without too much difficulty. Probably a dagger or a short sword, but nothing bigger than that. Even kitchen knives would be fine, since they're usually quite sharp and light and easy to handle.

I don't know what's going to happen, but try to stay with people. Don't get caught on your own.

Yeah, arm the new ones first, I agree. I can get by with what I have in the kitchen, maybe, but they're mainly trash steel, and I don't feel bad about throwing them.

That sounds good, but we have no idea what's coming so... I dunno, it sounds like people are going to stick together in the houses first and then take it from there depending on what happens.

The Mayor made it sound like this happened once before. Other than the Milkman robot, what else has happened to the town that's caused a lot of damage?

I don't know. Most of the time it's the town trying to turn us on each other. Around Halloween there were those weird monsters but they were just rickety robots and didn't actually hurt anyone.

There might have been something before I got here, though. I dunno.

Back when I was here the first time, I remember hearing about some town outside of Mayfield - Westsomething. People talked about it like it was a wreck. Maybe...Maybe whatever ruined it like that is what the Mayor's talking about.
