003 - Tinkering - Action at 729 Anderson Lane

[It's a nice day, and Hiccup's in the garage with the door open. He's working on a pretty strange looking device, which turns out to be the tail replacement harness for Toothless. It's got two fins instead of just the one he had to make back home, so it's turning out to be a mite trickier than he's used to.

But he's doing pretty well. He might actually be finished with the thing soon. Or, you know. Finished enough for preliminary testing.

Any and all walk-ups are welcome. Hiccup will be so excited to tell everyone what he's doing.]

That's---That's awesome! I mean---you're a Viking. I guess it makes sense for you to have, like, a dragon. How long have you had him for?

Well... actually not that long. I mean. A couple months at the most. Sure felt like longer, though.

[He's never seen a dragon before. Well. Aside from Curt Connors, but that's another ballpark.]

Yeah, he's around somewhere. He's supposed to be living as a pet at another house so he's not here all the time, but he is when he can be. Obviously he's not around right now, but yeah, you can meet him sometime.
