005 - Angels in my head (Phone + Action)
[After encountering the angels that morning, Hiccup had been feeling strangely all day.
His eyes hurt. They stung. There was something in them and he couldn't get it out. All day at school he was rubbing his eyes, and then... on his way home... he could swear he was hearing things. People.
Then when he got home, he put his hand on the doorknob and couldn't take it away. He stared at it.
His hand was stone.
It was stone.
Shutting his eyes tightly he shook his head. No, he told himself. That's stupid. My hand's fine. It's okay. Just open the door.
When he opened his eyes again, his hands were fine.]
[PHONE:] So uh... weird statues, right?
Um.
Is anyone else... seeing things?
[ACTION, 729 Anderson Lane:] [Hiccup is sitting on the couch, rubbing his eyes.
He can't stop rubbing his eyes.
It hurts. It hurts so much.]

Re: [phone]
Re: [phone]
hahahahha yeah no kidding.
Re: [phone]
Re: [phone]
I... want to say yes, but...
I don't want you to come over and run into one of them along the way and end up...
[He trails off. He doesn't even know. He just knows that it would be bad.]
Re: [phone]
And times that are frightening are made even worse when we have to go through them alone.
Re: [phone]
[He hesitates again. And then, very quietly,]
I don't want what happened to me to happen to you.
Re: [phone]
[a thoughtful hum]
Do you think a Patronus Charm would be able to keep them away?
[ it's unclear as to whether she's asking Hiccup or just thinking aloud ]
Re: [phone]
i don't know what that is
[phone; action]
I'm not sure how long it will last, but-
-Expecto Patronum!
I don't think the statues are able to do much to it, and it may give some comfort.
...Good luck, and I do hope you feel better.
[action]
[ if Hiccup were to look outside his window, there will be a small, silvery rabbit (http://i54.tinypic.com/mwedlv.gif) hovering outside. It stays for just a few seconds before vanishing, but it radiates a happy, warm energy. ]
Re: [phone; action]
thank you
[action]
[He's been avoiding looking out the window because that's where the angels are, but he notices the happy energy and it draws his gaze to the window.
He manages to catch a glimpse of the rabbit before it disappears, and the moment that it lasts he manages a small smile.]
